Clunky website with patchy product information and NO stock level indication. good products though. Very S-​L-​O-​W dispatch. I may forgive this but you get zero communication. It’s like orders go into a blackhole. I complained a little about this fact and that also went into a blackhole. Placing an order is like entering the lottery. And losing.

Terrible company and customer service. Out of 3 units I bought from them, I had to return two because they were faulty. Had to keep chasing them for the refunds which I finally got after over a month of them receiving the faulty units and after me chasing them constantly. I also asked for the refund of the return postage (according to their website they reimburse you) but they are not reimbursing me. I have sent numerous emails (unanswered) and called on many occasions but they either keep hanging up on me or some guy answers saying he works in the cleaning department or he works in the logistics department and cannot help me, etc. Unbelievable rip-​off company with the poorest customer service.

Awful customer service. I am furious with this company having completed a transaction two weeks ago, I was waiting for my delivery. After a week of nothing, no contact, no product, I called them to be told they didn’t have it in stock nor was it in stock when I ordered, although there was not notification of this. I was told it would be in stock that day, delivered the following Tuesday. Then I received an email saying it wouldn’t be in stock until the following Tuesday. Four days later, still nothing, so I called again. Now I have been told I was on the ‘back order’ list and it wouldn’t be in until the end of May/​beginning of June. I cancelled the order today (Friday) but apparently cannot be refunded until the middle of next week as the MD is in Malta! This is one of the WORST companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with terrible communication, terrible organisational skills and zero commitment to their customer. I will never use this company again.
