Clarks Shop

Clarks used to be a great shop, with excellent service and a fantastic reputation, but not so more recently.
Apparently it isn’t Clarks policy to call other stores — not sure they are familiar with the concept of ‘customer service’
When they do order stuff in for you, they order the wrong size and then make out it’s your fault, of course I always order shoes in a size that’s too big don’t I?
They need to employ managers that are past puberty and are able to deal with a problem efficiently and politely.
Have been a loyal Clarks customer for over 30 years, but thanks to the inpetitude of this stroppy ‘youth’ I no longer am, and have no intention of returning.
There is a lovely woman called Jane who works in this store, but one good apple doesn’t help the rest of this rotten barrel

This shop is fairly new, the shop used to be situated in the high street but is now at this retail park. It is much bigger than the older shops and is well lit and spacious.
Theres a good selection of mens, ladies and childrens shoes.
The childrens department is staffed with trained fitter so you know the shoes they sell you are the correct size and will not damage your childs feet.
They operate a ticket system at busy times to assure you get seen to asap.
Staff and friendly although I was disappointed when the shoes I wished to buy for my son were out of stock and staff would not or could not phone the Stirling branch to see if they had them.
