Navigation Harvester

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
Last week we decided to go to harvester for lunch. It is generally family friendly, good value for money and you know what to expect, with two children under 4 it suited what we was after.
Just to say I don’t expect much from harvester, to be honest the foods never great but the salad bar and dessert are okay.
We arrived and the place was busy, upstairs wasn’t open. The man said it would be an hour wait, we asked if we could eat in the bar, he agreed.
We picked a spot out the way where the children could play, ordered our food at the bar, all was ok.
the waiter bought the first dish over, none of us was sure who’s it was as we didn’t order that. The waiter who had the grumpiest face I have ever seen threw the good onto the table and said «I will just leave it there then». This was the start to a terrible experience.
The rest of the food came, they bought my sons food last, which always annoys me. I think children should get there food first as otherwise he eats my dinner whilst waiting for his.
The bbq ribs had no sauce and the smothered chicken was dry. Like I said we was at the harvester so didn’t expect much.
We asked for some sauces and the waiter tutted at us. He eventually bought one of the sauces we asked for and again threw it onto the chair and stormed off. He didn’t bring all the sauces we asked for so I asked him again, Again got a tut! when he returned still not bringing ketchup, my three year old son said to him «please can I have some ketchup» to which he replied «for f*** sake»
My partner complained to the manager to be told they would deal with it, we did not hear anything after that!
Food is bad! service is a joke!!! Still feel angry a week later!
