Nando’s

I mean it is what it is right? Nandos has some succulent chicken with some spicy sauce. It’s good for a quick meal, but it’s not someplace that I would come to on a regular basis. Extra-​extra-​hot all the way for me. I thought about a glass of wine when I came, but then I looked at the list and realized it would probably be a mistake.
This location has two floors of seating, so while it looks tiny, the seating available is plentiful. They are quick and efficient at taking your orders and getting your food to you.

I Love Nandos Food. We go there regularly with my friends. We always get the wing platter with 4 sides and we always leave with fully bellies. The atmosphere is nice but sometimes a bit too loud. During the week is very busy and you always have to wait for about 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and always there for you. The prices at Nandos are reasonable and the food is great.

Before coming to Nandos I was told «its a chicken and chips place, but if you’re in the UK you should have it at least once». Fair enough, I gave it a go.
You pick the spiciness of the food and they offer sauces at the tables as well.
I ordered a beanie pitta and would eat it again. Definitely not a place to go if you’re calorie conscious, even the veggie options had thick sauces.
The restaurant had two levels of seating and outdoor seating as well. You are assigned a table and after you order at the bar they deliver the food to you. Of our party of 4 they mixed up 2, however were fairly helpful with making amends.
Prices for the amount of food was reasonable. A decent meal, but nothing spectacular.

Nandos is Nandos. Normal or HOT chicken. Nice atmosphere although somewhat noisy. Plenty of seating room.
Rememberall you wonderful guys and gals in the emergency services you get a discount on your whole bill.

Awful. After an initial bumpy start with the refusal to accept my Nando’s loyalty card (because apparently they’ve switched to a new loyalty card) things went from bad to worse!
The assistant manager was clearly in auto-​defence mode when I enquired about this, especially as I was 1 away from a freebie –not good. Where was the advertising to say this was going on? I was in a different store only 2 weeks ago and nothing of the sort was mentioned! Poor. When we had finally managed to order our food we turned to find our table had been given to someone else so, again, more waiting for a new table. Service was generally slow and after receiving our starter we eventually received our main course (a platter) only to find a hair in it :-(It’s bad enough to find a hair in your food but when it appears to be pubic that’s a whole different matter!
The only polite member of staff was a young man who offered to get it sorted… Which essentially meant passing it on to aforementioned grumpy manager. Sadly at that point we were royally turned off food and asked for a refund instead. Even that was a farce! We had to wait for ages while Ms Grumpy went about sorting out the refund (and have a go at the poor guy that initially served us). Then instead of simply refunding the whole lot back on my card they came with cash… Oh, and minus the cost of the starter!
As a goodwill gesture it would have been nice to refund the whole lot seen as though the service was so poor… Apparently a positive customer experience isn’t so important here. The actual manager came out and offered some stamps of the loyalty card but refused to acknowledge the possibility of the hair being pubic. Her apologies were a little lame to be honest but she did say she would ‘investigate ‘. I highly doubt that and I certainly won’t be around to check it out. I’ve never had a problem Nandos like those we experienced in Nandos Enfield — left feeling thoroughly disappointed.

It does what it says on the tin. BBQd chicken mild thru to burn your tongue off. Kids and adults love it. Informal atmosphere and prices not too awful also! I cant recommend this highly enough!
