Brothers Chinese Restaurant

I went here for a family meal on Monday and I will never go again. No one explained the menu (it was an all you can eat menu but we didn’t know whether we should order everything at once, or course by course and when we asked we didn’t really get an answer). The starters did arrive more or less at the same time, but the chicken satay I tried was dry and chewy (spring rolls were alright but the butterfly prawns didn’t come with a sauce).
Main course was a disaster! Half of the food was forgotten meaning that some people had rice but nothing else we had re-​order almost half the meal again and by the time it came the first lot of food was cold. We arrived at around 7:15 and it was past 9pm by the time we got the first of our main courses. The set meal was £11.99 but I am assuming they were making us take our time so that we bought more drinks.
There was no atmosphere at all in the restaurant and all we could hear was one of the waitresses screaming in Chinese through the hatch in an attempt to get the food orders out. Some of the food in the main course was actually OK but it was ruined by being tiny portions and half of our order being forgotten. Avoid!
