Great date place, hangout and restaurant. Basically, it has great, upscale pub food. Cute interior and ambiance. Husband and I went for a 5:30 PM dinner and had the place to ourselves. It is the summer, so I guess people prefer to enjoy the warmer weather near the river. We enjoyed ourselves, the food (I recommend the 10 oz burger) and the service. The price was right. A+. Next time I want to check out the garden!

This lovely little pub on forehill in Ely still has athmosphere. They drinks are good and prices reasonable and on the weekend they sometimes have bands playing or a disco going on until the early hours. Two small garden (smoking) area and a pool table make this pub my favourite in Ely
