Awesome time at this shop! Dean and Lucy made our day! Found amazing gifts and had a great time exploring in their shop. They gave us great perspective on the city as well! Awesome awesome awesome

This is a spiritual type shop, and they don’t have coffee or flowers(they are listed like they do). On many occasions they have been closed when they said they were open, and I learned to call before popping by and being disappointed. Sadly, it was not worth the wait. I really want to believe that the door at the rear of the shop leads to a ritual room, with a pentagram painted on the floor, where all the great witchy things are kept. And with some special druid sign I would be admitted into a world of magic and mystery. As it is, I don’t know what they are doing here. They have a few tarot books, a few herbs, some DnD(you know what Dungeons and Dragons is, don’t pretend) looking jewelry… The two men stared strangely at us the whole time — waiting for that druid code? We felt completely unwelcome– almost repelled from the shop. We left and laughed, to keep from weeping. Did they psychically steal our energy? I don’t know, but it was the strangest shop I’ve been to.

I completely agree with Lynsey, The Wyrd Shop certainly is a bit oddball and I didn’t really know what to expect when I walked in. As soon as I was inside, I was a little bit confused… surely I didn’t just step off of the train at platform 9 and 3 quarters? I certainly felt like I was on Diagon Alley as I was surrounded by wands, spell books and dragon figures. The Wyrd Shop is an occult and crafts store aimed at selling items to help you find your spiritual path. Not your run of the mill store and I’m pretty happy with the spiritual path that I’m on thankyou very much, but if I ever stray from it I’ll head here. Unfortunately, I’m not really in the market for a wand, but if ever I am, I’ll know where to go.
