This is a very nice practice, good receptionists, although it can take some time for the phone to be answered. The seating in waiting rooms is awful, it feels as if you are in a train station rather than waiting to see a doctor. There is a coffee machine in one waiting room? is this necessary? I have not seen anyone use it, and unfortunately i attend the sugery regularly.
