Warners

Admittedly, I’ve never been involved in selling a house before, so I don’t have a lot to compare this experience to.
That being said, I have been dealing with a number of different Estate Agents in my attempt to have a place to live once our current home goes over to its new owner, and they have all reinforced my positive feelings about Warners.
We initially chose Warners because we were impressed with their schedules, the information they made available on ESPC (not everyone puts up floor plans, etc) and we received a recommendation from another seller.
It turned out to be a very good choice because they have been consistently prompt in getting the listing online, responding to any queries, following up viewers, giving advice about selling, etc. They have also kept us completely in the loop regarding the signing of the missives and have been courteous and professional throughout the entire experience.
One would expect that the above would all be standard but I have encountered a number of agents who simply don’t seem to be as together and on top of things as Warners has been.
I would recommend Warners to anyone looking to sell a home.
