Posting this «thank you» received from a customer … Thank you all at Simpsons for providing us with our wedding flowers at Cornhill house in December. Everything was absolutely amazing and so much more than we could have imagined! Everyone commented on the beautiful flowers on the day, and you made it so easy for us. Thank you all for your effort in making our day that little bit more special. We will certainly be recommending you to anyone needing a very reasonable and creative florist. Living in San Francisco and ordering flowers for family in Edinburgh, I randomly chose Simpson’s Florists and got lucky! Excellent service and great website for easy ordering internationally. I received an email update when the recipient was not at home with notice that a card had been left and then another email the next day telling me that delivery had been successful. It was great not to have to worry if the flowers had been delivered or not. And I am told the flowers were beautiful. Good range from traditional to modern designs. Thanks for a great experience.

I live abroad and needed to send bereavement plants to my family. I chose Simpson’s based upon ratings, which used Interflora to order online. I carefully chose plants for each of my family members, which cost a total of more than $ 150.00 American, for next-​day delivery on Saturday.
The next morning I get up to an email from Interflora telling me the items (all 3) were unavailable and asking if I would like substitutions and that they couldn’t be delivered until Monday. I confirmed the substitutions, asked them to please try to deliver Saturday and was told there was no way. Then I asked for a refund for the delivery and received a whole 2 pounds back.
Today, Monday, one family member has received their basket. The other two have not. However, one of the two did receive flowers that were from a different shop that were not for her from «someone» who had canceled their order. At this point, I have no idea what is happening, and I am very unhappy with this service.
If you are going to get flowers from Simpson’s, which are very lovely, even if it is not what I originally ordered — go there in person. The Interflora service is ridiculous.

Located in the far end of the Newington area of Edinburgh, Simpson’s Florist is quite a walk from city centre, but it is most definitely worth the trek.
I came in here to order flowers several months ago for a friend, and I was overwhelmed by the different types of flowers which Simpson’s Florist had to offer. The staff in this store are very friendly and inviting and were extremely helpful to me in choosing the right type of flower. Simpson’s Florist make lost of flowers for funerals and the most beautiful funeral tribute cards.
Simpson’s Florists have a big album of all the different arrangement which they have made in the past and they talk you through them all. A truly lovely shop which is certainly worth a visit when you are looking for flowers.
