Sue, The Computer Repair Woman… knows her stuff, better experience than the last «idiot who claimed to be a PC Technician in Leith», she fixed my mothers Laptop in 48hrs… she is polite and curtious, genuine and certainly doesnt rip you off… nor take advantage of those who are new to I. T… (tho, I’m not new to I. T 15 years experience…) however. my Mother is, she has nothing but praise for Sue, so I’m posting on mums behalf… 5 stars.
Manners doesn’t cost the earth, I recommend Sue. to anyone with a PC, Networking, or laptop issue…

recently after opening a dodgy email my laptop crashed and failed to restart, after looking through
the long list of pc repair services
in Edinburgh i chose
i was attracted by the neat and tidy website and their unambiguous
pricing structure.
a likable sue jordan (nana maskouri lookalike) arrived at my home the next day explained the likely cause of the problem.
she returned in 48hours with a sparkling clean superfast laptop
the very reasonably £40 charge included cleaning out the cluttered hard drive, reinstalling windows & aol b/​b adding antivirus and photo editing software. i will certainly be recommending
to my family and friends.

I recently had trouble with my computer & found this great source of help on Google. A lady called Sue came the same day & after looking at my computer explained what the problem was & went on to fix it in under an hour for £35 which I thought was very reasonable. She also set up anti-​virus & spy software for no extra cost. I’m WELL impressed.
