Staff where rude and unhelpful Lidl offer great value but the level of service at the wester hailles store is appalling and the manager is ignorant

Lidl offers brilliant value for money for folk like me who are on a tight budget for grocery shopping. They’re chocablock full of no nonsense, no frills groceries and you can reduce your food bill dramatically by shopping here. Great selection of fresh foods, meats, tinned goods, cereals, frozen foods and alcohol. They also have 2 aisles of household goods or clothing, which are on special offer and heavily discounted — you can often find anything from a tv or microwave, to slippers and garden shears here! This shop can be a bit untidy and the staff need a lesson or two in smiling and being customer friendly, but the store is well run and very, very busy. Importantly for anyone shopping here, it has a seperate entrance besides via the shopping centre, which allows Lidl’s to stay open beyond the shopping centre times.
