As far as cheesy souvenir shops go… this one actually isn’t too bad.
It’s not crammed, it’s well lit, it’s also not blasting totally cheesy bagpipe music at you the entire time!
Yes, it’s full of the usual kitchy stuff, but there’s a section dedicated to Guinness stuff near the back which is well stocked with stuff even I want. and I don’t even drink the stuff! (I think they may have missed the memo that Guinness is Irish and we’re actually in Scotland!)
The hairy coo out front under the giant Saltire ceiling light is pretty cool tho.
