Tired of team building workshops that revolve around running, climbing or paint balling? The Fudge Kitchen could be the answer you’ve been looking for. Set in the heart of Edinburgh’s historic Old Town, they offer fudge making sessions where you and your colleagues can learn how to make the sticky stuff from scratch. Aprons, hats and gloves are provided and sessions usually last 90 – 120 minutes depending on how good you are at stirring the ingredients in the copper cauldron and pouring it onto the marble table to set. The cost is £25 per head and you can book any size group from 4 – 12. Of course, The Fudge Kitchen can’t guarantee you won’t make an ass of yourself. They can however, guarantee you’ll go home smelling of sugar and cream with a box including four generous size samples.
