Have been there twice, was ripped off the first time and taken for a ride the second.
First time I was charged £5 for a copy of a letterbox key.
Second time I asked for a quote for a stainless steel house number (approx 6 8 inches). Was told £140(!!!) When I queried it they said, well, it’s stainless steel, that’s expensive.
Turns out I know how to calculate the wholesale cost of brushed steel: assuming 2 mm thickness, 0.15 0.2 7.5×2 10 = £4.50 (that’s assuming steel at £10 per kg, which is pretty high).
