If you want to get your hair cut as cheaply as possible this is the place to go — the simpler the cut the cheaper it is. You can come here and for a fiver you can get a shaved cut the same grade all round. If like me you aren’t too fussed about any fancy cuts this is the place to go. The quality isn’t poor, don’t mistake it for being cheap in that sense, but by keeping things simple you generally don’t have to spend too much and before long you’ll be on your way. As far as I’m concerned, it does the job.
As for opening times, there isn’t much specifics I’ve seen it both open and closed at identical times of day. I guess it just depends on the staff. Ideally just ring ahead and if not it should be open within reasonable hours, but you may have a wasted trip. Generally though, it is rarely closed for the duration of a normal working day.
