Despite the scruffy appearance and freezing cold, heamorroid inducing metal stools, Baguette Express has quite surprisingly become one of my favourite lunchtime spots. A panini with per-peri chicken, hot chilli sauce, mozarella and jalapenos is utterly fantastic, and at this particlar branch of Baguette Express they’re quite happy to pile on the fillings as well, ensuring you’ll be stuffed and satisfied upon your exit. I’m also quite partial to an egg and bacon roll in the morning as well, which at just99p is not to be sniffed at. Cheaper than most of the nearby options, delicious, and with friendly staff, it’s top marks all round.
