Unfortunately a catalogue of errors means we will never go back here. On collection our suits were not ready on time, both jackets were stained — one they managed to clean but the other they had to find a replacement and it did not fit as well but by this point we had no choice.
Collection took 40 minutes (even though we arrived an hour after the agreed time) and crucially no-​one went through the items with us; day of the wedding we discover that one white shirt was missing — disaster! Thankfully the local village had a shirt shop and we bought the cheapest one so the day wasn’t ruined. Sadly Tux n Tails Edgware refused to refund our new shirt cost, offered no compensation and didn’t bother to return our calls. We are still waiting for the refund on the shirt we did pay for!
Don’t go here whatever you do.
