I have been to this shop and the phone that was sold to me is no good its on the orange net workbut does not work in the crook area and was sold has a 2g phone but orange only have one marsk in the crook area and this has not got the power but the girl in the shop told me it was ok phoned them up and passed to phones 4u head office who said we will send it for repair but it is not broke it is the single but there is no talking to some silly girl at the end of the phone but the shop also said that the phone woulnd be ok also said it was priced at £90 to £100 it is not it is 40 they like there sales

I’ve recently upgraded my phone here, and have to agree that the assistants clearly have their own agenda-​I did get a good (if ageing!) phone and a reasonable deal but could have done much better elsewhere-​Tesco for example were more helpful and less pushy. I was given no choice of handset or tariff, though I could have rejected both. I’m not horribly dissatisfied, but it has not left me feeling I had the best deal for me.

the sales staff bounce on you as soon as you get in the door. I hate that. Not a great range of phones to be honest either.
I felt very pressurised into buying a mobile phone and I was only looking.

I’m not a fan of phone shops in general, but this seems to be one of the worst offenders. Its obvious the staff are on commision as they are very pushy and try and force you into taking out a contract. They really don’t have the customers best interest at heart
