I can definitely feel good about supporting local traders and local produce when I shop here. I like the locally-​sourced meat and the free-​range chicken. Monty is very friendly and accommodating, and always happy to have me phone in an order to collect the following day.
The shop is on the main street with free parking right outside making it very convenient.

A wonderful traditional butcher with a large and faithful clientele. Meat is locally sourced and always of excellent quality. Monty takes great pride in service and always has time to talk to customers. He is also able to take on special orders and does a stunning multi-​bird roast for Christmas. Beef and lamb are marvellous-​I have never had better lamb.
Highly recommended.
