This place gets busy time to time you have to wait a good 45mins maybe longer for a table… but it’s a good Nandos and your quick service once seated tho and quite spacious. It’s a good place to visit because you have loads around you to do. I. E — Showcase, PizzaHut, Bella, Frankie n Bennies etc…

I know that Nando’s is a rather popular chain and, to be fair, the food is not bad although if you go for a quarter chicken it’s a bit of a lottery as to whether you get more than a mouthful of meat (as my mum found as she surveyed her ‘very expensive chicken leg’).
What made our meal here wasn’t the food though, it was the staff. From the moment we arrived and the greeter managed to get our waiting time down from 30 to 5 minutes (and that on a Saturday night when we needed wheelchair accessible) to the end of our meal the staff were attentive without being ‘in our faces’ helpful and amazingly friendly. I only had to grumble once and the manager appeared with extra chicken designed to gag me (it worked).

Nandos sells basically chicken in 3 types of seasoning and in different variations with a number of different side orders.
Service at this Nandos is pretty quick which is good as it is right by a cinema meaning they realise some people are in a rush!
However the staff could be a little more friendlier and the food slightly better presented. (Based on previous experience of Nandos in Birmingham)
Dont forget student discount is avaliable and a collectors card for a free chicken!
This place does get busy on Friday/​Saturday so get there earlyish if your going to the cinema on these days.

My favourite place to eat in Dudley. Very nice inside and outside, has outside dining area for the summer months. Staff are very friendly and the service is good. Can’t fault nandos at all, fast service here too you don’t have to wait very long for your meal. Nice décor and music.
