WH Smiths in the new Westfields Centre is home to all things stationary. It is great for gifts or treats for yourself. The store now seems much more bigger than it did in the old Eagle Centre and it is definatly more bright.
I’ve visited the new store several times looking for gifts. A lot of the promotional books are laid out well and not hidden like most stores. The stationary is pricey if you compare it to somewhere like The Works, but with good quality brand names, you pay for quality.
Staff are always very helpful and polite and queues are never bad.

I like WH Smith and the Amount of things you can get there, I trust the shop as i have had a refund in the past with no worries or squabbles, the staff are really kind and polite and we have a chit chat sometimes.
