The Twichell Inn

This is one of the most popular pubs in long eaton town centre. It is placed ib a side street of the igh street which is good as it is close to other bar and i great to go to for a drink after work if you want. The size of the pub is good and there is plenty of seats evan when it gets busy. The bar always gets realy busy at the weekend like most other pubs but the staff do try there best to help. The drinks are proberbly the cheepest that you can get in the area which is also a plus point !! They so cell food which i have had befor and it was ok but it was brilliant. It is abit cold in there and there is often a draft which is something that could be improved. They lets kids in the day but i think they hav to go about 8 which is far enoughi supose. overall i think that this is a great pub to go to if you want a cheap drink in a nice pub!

The Twichell Inn is part of the Wetherspoon group, and is located in Long Eaton town centre, which is to the East of Derby. The pub is quiet large, with plenty of seating. The bar can get very crowded on Friday and Saturday nights, but the price of the beer is the cheapest ive seen. There are rivals offereing slightlu cheaper cider but you have to have a meal, so maybe not worth it. The food service is sometimes poor, ive had a meal where it was cold! had it sent back. Some may say the atmpsphere is rubbish, but I disagree. The heating needs sorting out too, it can be rather cold and drafty.
