Pizza Hut is located just outside of the town centre and very close to Derby Football Stadium, I have been here a few times, mainly for the infamous Pizza Hut Buffet, The food was good, considering its a chain restaurant. The pizzas were always coming out very often which is always a good thing. The unlimited salad bar is included in the buffet and found that was refilled very regularly so it was fresh. The drinks were satisfactory. Didn’t have any alcoholic drinks so can’t comment on that. I would come back here.

Pizza Hut is reasonably priced and delicious and this branch is no exception to the rule. Friendly staff who are polite and make you feel welcome.

Pizza Hut(UK) On Wyvern Way, Derby is a really nice spot for some fast food. With a salad bar included in your meal price, the delicious Ice Cream Factory and excellent service I can thoroughly recommend here. It’s ideal if you are watching Derby County play football, are browsing the out of town shops or looking for somewhere to take the kids for an informal treat.

Love this place, and i cant really understand anybody who doesnt.(unless of course you dont like pizza. or pasta. or salad!!) Its not a cheap meal, but im sure you could find more expensive places. Its also good for deals during the day, and good for kids. Overall i would recommend it to anyone from couples to familys.

Visited this pizza hut just before Christmas with 8 colleagues. We all opted for the buffet lunch, which was fine, 4 or 5 different pizzas, 2 pasta dishes, garlic bread and salad, for £5.49. We also ordered the refilable soft drinks, which cost £1.99. Service was fine — we were given menus as we sat down and our order was taken a few minutes later. Drinks were refilled on requst. There were a few times when the buffet table was running low, but staff tried to keep it topped up. Restaurant was clean. Would visit again.

Pizza Hut is a great place to eat but not at the Wyvern in Derby. We went recently to celebrate a birthday and were seated in a half full restaurant. After our order was taken we waited for half an hour and saw people who arrived after us eating their food ! At 45 minutes we asked where our food was and a waiter went to investigate, never to reappear. After on hour we left our table and asked again only to be told that our order had never reached the kitchen. No apology was offered and we left immediately to return home for much needed food. I haven’t bothered to write to Pizza Hut as I never want to return anyway.

Pizza Hut is located in Pride Park in Derby. If you like Italian food, this is the place to go as they offer a range of pizzas and pastas. I have only been to this outlet once and I was dissapointed with the service I received. The pizza was cold & they didn’t have much on offer as it was late on a Sunday night, so the choice I wanted wasn’t available. This bad experience is a shame, but I’m sure this is a one off because it was late on a Sunday night. I may try it again to see what it is like & hopefully it will be better!

Been to this place a few times and it seems to be getting progressivly worse. During last visit we were seated at a table where it seemed as though a kids party had been sat, there was food on the floor along with used straws and pieces of tissues and so on. It was late in the afternoon therefore we were hungry so thought just don’t look down because the more you look the more you see. We were seated promptly enough and given the menues but thats all, we were told by the waitress that she will be back to take the order(she didn’t say where from), quick look through the menu decission made ready to order. The restaurant was not busy maybe ¾ other tables and there were 4 service staff. Eventually we reached the stage where you start to stare at the ceiling and admire the works of art on the walls and think is someone going to take my order or at least give me a drink so i can let my stomach know that something is comming, unfortunately NOT. After waiting for more than half hour we decided to get up and walk out, did anyone notice that we were leaving? NO. Went to the car then came back by myself and got the attention of a member of staff to ask if i could speak to a person incharge, that would be ME was the reply, so told him that we had waited for so long and now were leaving and just wanted to let him know thet we were leaving incase the waitress returned to take the order. He seemed surprised yet he had been strutting his stuff on the resturant floor and showing off as to how many plates and glasses he could carry instead of looking to see what was going on in the restaurant. Well my friend a DONKEY can carry more. Wrote to pizza hut informing them of the plesant experience, their response vouchers(maybe to go back to the same branch and try again), well lets put it this way I haven’t used them as yet and they have nearly expired.

I don’t think I will be visiting Pizza hut again, The staff are rude and have no manners, the pizza was cold and unnapetizing and after all of this i didn’t even get a sorry. The service is appaling and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
