Was a little nervous as it was our pugs first time in kennels but the staff were lovely, they settled in and we saw photos via Facebook of them and updates of how they were getting on whilst we were away, specific (Royal canine pug) specialist food was provided inc in the price. They shared a kennel as they’re inseparable anyway, and no problems with one of our boys needing several eye drops a day, had 2 very relaxed puggies after their stay and they’re allready booked back in for our next trip away. Great contact before, during and after. Very happy.
