Beware B&Qs totally inflexible returns policy. I spent £600 on a project, but when I tried to return an unused item worth £5 just outside of their return period, they refused to give me a refund.
They told me that their computer system was incapable of processing a refund. If this is true, they need to get themselves a decent computer system. Until they do, beware the returns policy.

This is one LARGE STORE, it has everything, BBQ items, plants, trees, electrical items, paints, etc etc. The lighting is good, its clean staff are VERY helpful, its a friendly place, parking is plentiful, first hour is FREE. Its a good store FULL stars for the polite staff, how helpful & friendly they are: — first class. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Large store with alot of stock, timber yard, garde centre, kitchen showroom, bathroom showroom they also do certain demonstrations on tools in the store which is helpful. They dont ever have alot of tills open at anytime so this can cause there to be unessascary queues which i find frustrating. There is a large car park outside and the store has long opening hours.

B & Q’s is in the fairly new reatil park of Dartford near Piazza Hut. Parking is free in Prospect Place for a couple of hours but you still need to get a ticket. B & Q’s is a big store, they have an outside area for wood and they have another outside area for garden plant and sheds. There is no café at this B & Q’s.There is always someone around to ask a question, they know where all the products are located. They have old and young staff working there and they are very polite and helpful. Products are not cheap and are not very expensive, they offer every diy product you could want.
