Disatisfied. Poor management and customer refund policy. Indeed the company didn’t judge useful to cancel the tour a couple of days before the trip. (the weather conditions was very bad the whole week before our tour).
Results: on the tour day we couldn’t make it to the Loch Ness because of the bad weather conditions, we wasted a day and we wasted our money. We asked for a better compensation but Discover Scotland Tours refused.
