Yeasterday on 4th feb 2015 at 6pm around that time went to pizza hut crawley the boulevard one in crawley west sussex had a awful experience will never ever go to pizza hut nexf time staff was very rude not cooperative ordered a pizza on offer buy1get1free and paid £18.29 2 large pizza and bottle of coke after couple of minutes ive asked to changed into another offer £20 2 large pizza garlic bread wedges and coke so i asked her to change into that order and ill pay extra £1.70 so ill get wedges and garlic bread but she refused to change that order and was very rude and the taste was totally different i went home had a 1 slice of pizza remaining all i dump into bin so ive waisted £18.29 i always go to pizza hut and always like it but this time awful service awful pizza i would never recommend to anyone to go to the boulevard pizza hut crawley west sussex branch its may be a cos of new management

Very busy but when staff got to me they were good and looked after my two boys and I. Food was cooked well and very tasty.

good service on the whole. has been refurbished and is quite dark unless you sit by the window. do not sit on the tables at the back which are very high with bar stools and padded bench seat especially if you have young kids with you.

Okayish food. Lunchtime buffet is good value. Warning — its gets busy on a Wednesday night (due to Cineworld Cinema which offers Orange Wednesdays being in the same complex). A cheap meal though

Good lunch buffet available — ALL U CAN EAT! Always friendly staff but can take a while to serve you and collect your bill! Overall i really enjoy the food especially the ice cream and refill coke which is free

In a very highly competitive area, i will favour this shop out of all the others. Been here plenty of times and the experience and the service has been great.
The restaurant is well laid out, with great seats and enough space to enjoy your food. Although the offers have recently changed the food quality has been very consistant

Like to go into pizza hut occasionally its a real treat.
This one situated in crawley does seem to get quite bussy and whenever i have been we have had a 10 minuit wait waiting for a table to become free.
The service here is ok, pizza, s really yummy, and the salad bar is excellant plenty of choice.
We normally go for the meal deals where you get 2 large pizza, s, 2 starters, and 4 puddings for around £23.
All in all i would recommend this place.

I love the all you can eat menu in this place. You can eat as much pizza and pasta for a very reasonable price. Parking is ample and free. Due to it’s close location to town, access is not a problem. The service is usually very good and the establishment is always clean. There is a Cinema a few yards away if you fancy watching a movie afterwards. This place is good for anyone who is on a budget.
