As I was stopping at the Inkeepers Lodge (£35.00 pn) next door I used this place for breakfast and evening meal. The breakfast is a help yourself continental buffet (fruit, cereals, toast) — ok.
Other meals are varied (pies, steaks etc) but I had the carvery twice as it was such good value (£5.25 before 7.00pm). Bank’s cask beer on offer at £1.99 pp — lagers from £2.45 pp.
I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.
