This is a Weatherspoons branch and so is typical to that venue type. It is at the top end of their range, more bar than pub and great to stay there for a whole night with a dj and space to dance on the downstairs floor.
Your typical bar at great drinks prices. Due to this it is very popular with all types of people.
Food here is also nice and good prices. Opens early for breakfast and drinks are served from there so that makes it good for the early starters!
The staff here are friendly which is nice and adds to the atmosphere.
It is key to note that they tend to show all the big matches on large tvs and also do events such as quiz mights and kareoke.

Recently I’ve only ever been in this pub early on the weekend when nowhere else was open for a beer and late morning breakfast and I’ve always been impressed. A slightly upmarket version of the weatherspoons brand but still with very cheap beer and decent food.

This is run by weatherspoons so it’s reasonable prices and very standard type venue. It’s very popular because of this. It has a good location for the top end of town.
They do good cheap food. Nothing too exciting but very reasonable. The service is usually quite good in there.
