Thank you RCN, my bedroom looks a dream. Service was brilliant, they came to fit my new carpetand as soon as it was done, my new furniture arrived. The delivery man assembled my wardrobe, unpacked the drawers and fitted the handles on, they evan took away all the rubbish. Unfortunately one of the chestehad slight mark on it an i was told that the manager would call me to sort it out. Within 20 minutes he phoned me, was very apologetic and told me to use it as normal until he could get a replacement. The manner and speed at which this ws dealt with was very impressive.

I remember shopping at this store with my wife i was browsing online for furniture companies near by and i saw the rcn website it looked like a well presented website so we went into the store and shopped around we purchased a set of draws for our bedroom when it arrived i noticed that the corners of the unit were chipped and damaged so i wanted a refund and the manager said sorry we dont give refunds, a replacement was sent out it arrived after three whole weeks and obviously my wife was not happy either so that added to the amount of headake i already had. I never new about the furniture ombudsman

Brought a bed from this
shop a couple of years ago, had slide out draws in it on the sides of the base
after a week or so the wheel track for the draws come off and the draws
would not slide in and out. I then called the company and they said it’s
because of wear and tear I said I do not think so pal as I have only had this
for approx a week and the guy over the phone said ‘oh this time we can swap it
over for you but not next time’, ‘NEXT TIME’ so what he was implying was it IS
going to happen again but oh well the cheeky git. I demanded for a refund and
he said unfortunately we don’t give refunds on wear and tear, how could wear
and tear happen in a week it’s ridiculous and I also will not be shopping here
for anything else I thought I was the only one who has had bad service and
also a horrid type of bed quality.

I brought a bed from this company and it broke within a week and then they said it was my fault because i must have jumped on it, when i am 41 years of age how does this make any sense and how can they accuse me of jumping on it and breaking it after i payed for it with my own money. never again will i be shopping with this company.

This company still around? They are a rip off/​crafty bout 1 year ago they sold me a double bed and when it got 2 me it was a single spoke to the chap at the store told me it was my error and i apparently ordered a single and that i had to pay the difference i thought is the guy abit thick or summut when i was the one who looked at the bed and then payed for it and then got my invoice which says ‘DOUBLE’ on it not SINGLE trying to make some more money out of me. So they got me a double sent out & tuk the single one back the guy at the shop seemed like a weirdo over the phone. I shop at shawn furniture in gosford street now or go down the holyhead area few nice furniture shops down there.

This furniture shop has the
worst staff I have ever come across so I really don’t know what the person who
wrote the earlier comment is on about and it sounds as if the company owner has
written it by himself as it is mostly all lies. The quality of their items are
disgusting and will break within a few months. I brought a wardrobe from this
company and the doors would not close properly so I spoke to the manager and he
was very rude saying it was my own fault even though I had just received the
item? How could this be my own fault? Obviously the products are not made
correctly, then I asked to speak to the owner of the company and I received a
phone call back it was the owner he asked me what was wrong and I explained
that the doors do not shut and the hinge to me looks damaged and he said he
will send over some fitters to view the problem they came and viewed the
problem and tightened the hinges on the cupboard doors the following evening I
went to open the doors and the right door came off its hinge I was shocked and
could see that the door hinge was broken. The next morning I called back and
explained what had happened again and rudely I was accused of shutting and
opening the doors hard, and the owner went on to say that he has never ever had
a problem like this and I am the only one and he has sold loads of cupboards
before etc he eventually replaced the whole cupboard even though I wanted a
full refund which I did not get and does not state anywhere that no refunds are
allowed within the 28 days policy. Bottom line is they are rude un-​helpful and
there quality of furniture is disgusting. I advise anyone who wants furniture
to stay clear and go to a real well established retailer with a good after
sales care policy

This place is a treasure trove and well worth a visit. They sell suite, carpet, beds, bed room furniture and furniture. The quality is excellent and the price is amazing, they even get rid of your old sofa or bed for you !! The staff are so friendly and do not put you under any pressure when you are browsing. Well worth a visit with its own parking
