Do not rent a house with this estate agent! They take 3months to do anything you ask, their properties are mouldy, which when they eventually get around to dealing with, simply wipe it off instead of dealing with the underlying problem ready for the next unsuspecting victims who will then have to deal with it all over again! And when you vacate the property you will be struck with overpriced cleaning charges for the most minor tasks!
Also Gemma, one of the girls who works there, needs to learn some customer service skills cause she is RUDE!
