Hi, my story: I sent my laptop in for repair as the fan was not working; it came back with the lid at the bottom of the laptop– where the fan is– not screwed in properly causing the fan lid to bend out and make the fan make a weird noise when in use. Also, two of the keys came back slanted at an angle which made a new gift look old and second hand. I had decided to send the laptop back to D & J Henry for repair of the 2 problems as I thought maybe it was a mistake by them which would never reoccur. After numerous calls to chase up the repair and the progress for the second time, i had received the laptop without the original boxed packaging i had put it in to be sent to repair which could have damaged my laptop in the process of delivering it back to Argos. Also, a key with the slanted problem came back chipped and so the problem of it being slanted was not fixed. Also, the screws on the lid for the fan was drilled in too much the work looked nowhere near professional and it makes my laptop look horrible and not mine. Also, when using the 2 buttons beneath the mouse area, the buttons are loose and make a weird noise when pressed which they did not before repair. I am very dissatisfied and recommend YOUDONOTSENDYOUR electronics to them !!! They come back DAMAGED and EVENMOREPROBLEMATIC. Please please please, do not make the mistake we did and please send on our stories to those who purchased a laptop from Argos as their repair company is D& J Henry!!!
