Have mixed feelings about CEX — it’s a great place to get rid of any DVDs, games, cameras, phones etc that you don’t want anymore however, I have purchased a few dvd’s and games from here and found that a) they broke down half way through playing/watching or b) they didn’t work at all. My sibling worked for this company and even he said not to buy things from here because they are mostly faulty. I’m not sure if this is due to the people who are selling them to CEX or if something is happening when they are taken into stock. saying that though — if you can get something that works odds are that you got it for a bargain.

Cex is a great way if you want to get rid of your old electrical and multimedia items, such as ipods and dvds. Ive been into Cex at Coventry and if you want an electrical item for a cheap price then this is the place to go, as theres limited stock some items you may want are sometimes unavalible, however when browsing ive seen tv’s and cd players all at great prices, and theres plenty of bargains to be had. Its one of the best shops for electrical 2nd hand baragins. The shop is very accessible for everyone, and is close to the city centres shopping streets.

Not relaly my kind of shop, usually packed with thousands of people. Loads of second hand games/phones/dvds to grab at bargain prices. Located in hertford street easily accessible.
