Great for crafters, especially for children. Some things are overpriced, but if it just for yourself and your family then it doesn’t matter. I could spend hours in this shop!

Located on the retail park you could spend literally HOURS in Hobbycraft. If you can think of a crafting activity, then Hobbycraft will have the materials in store. Whilst prices are not as competitive as you will find online, they are one of the cheapest craft stores where you can go in store to buy items. Depending on the season(e.g. Easter, Christmas) they will have a display running the entire length of the store for items suiting that occasion. There are also often sale items where you can pick up a fantastic bargain! My only complaint is that I could not find a simple fabric that I was looking for here — plain black fabric, which is a staple that I would presume most places to stock.

Hobby craft is great! Selling everything for hobbies from sewing to painting to modelling to gift sets. I’ve shopped in Hobbycraft on occasions over the last few years for many things I’ve had an interest in. The small bottle paint range is good and reasonably priced, I have also bought various gits for my childern to make candles, soap bars etc. Hobycraft used to run craft afternoons(not sure if they still do) where you or the kids can go and have a go at a particular craft for a fee.
