Staffed by a couple of unsmiling miseries who might know more about computers than you (though not as much as they think), but whose real goal is making you feel small. They'll make you wait for attention even if you're the only customer in the shop, and they'll sneer at you and accuse you of d**king around (their actual words) with your computer. Give insecure people a little bit of power and they'll use it. Horrible.

Took my iPhone 5 into these guys after breaking the screen. Staff were very helpful and when I enquired as to whether I could get it back any sooner than the usual two hours they said yes no problem and I had the phone back looking like new within the hour!
Couldn’t fault the service received.

I’ve bought several laptops from this shop in the past and a very nice Dell tower system. I’ve subsequently had them reinstall the laptops after virus infection and they’ve replaced a screen on another laptop of mine. Very knowledgable when you explain to them what you need your computer for they can always point you in the right direction. Repair turn around time is excellent they’ve done all the jobs I have requested of them within 24 hours! Pricing is excellent much better than your average PC World/​Currys and they offer a free data transfer service from your old PC! I am surprised to see bad reviews on here about this shop but clearly the old rule of one complaint = 1000 satisfied customers applies.

Took my laptop into these guys where a previous shop had quoted me £200 to replace the motherboard. They repaired my motherboard for just £80! They were very friendly, explained all the costs to me clearly and the job was done within 24 hours. What more can I say great value and fabulous service all round! If someone else quotes you a ridiculous price then give these guys a go! You might be surprised!

Got to agree with Donald1988, I own two lap tops and used this shop
because it’s local. I really wish I hadn’t bothered. They don’t know
what they’re talking about, messed them both up and created further
problems!
I’ve since gone elsewhere at further expense but well worth it as
they’re now running properly.
Unless you just want to buy a few blank discs or plastic sleeves
I would avoid this shop like the plague.

Worst computer shop in Chester if not the UK! absolute liars who messed up my laptop so much it is unrepairable and all they did was lie about it! took any opportunity to add further cost to the bill and cover up the damage they had actually done!! avoid this shop!!!
