just read the 2 reviews by the same customer and would say it is a personal problem. i have eaten there many times and the food has always been excellent, and the waiters are very attentetive and helpful, the food is always piping hot and the wait for it is under 15 minutes, the best indian restaurant in woodham.

Since my review in 2011 this restaurant has gone down hill! The staff let it down, they are miserable and always on their mobiles texting and waiting on paying customers always seems too much trouble. Food is always cold and greasy. We last went there a couple of months ago and waited over 2 hours for our food when it eventually arrived you guessed it, it was cold and greasy. Don’t waste your time or money there are plenty of Indian Restaurants in South Woodham much much better than here, I recommend you try those and not Elachi
