My Partner and I approached this agent having seen a property advertised on there website. We arranged a viewing on a saturday and subsequently submitted an offer to the agent on the following Monday. We where then informed an applicant had already submitted an offer but we submitted a higher offer. Later that day we contact the agent again to be told the original applicant had been accepted after they matched our offer. When asked why they had not reverted back to my partner and I the agent simply said the other applicant had been accepted goodbye.
The staff and owner at this agency are rude and completely unprofessional.
Landlords, landladies and tenants like be warned and don’t be surprised if you find this agency and staff unhelpful and very rude.

I have used this company and was not impressed by the service or attitude of the staff. When you enter you are kept waiting and they generally don’t even look up from their computers. You are made to feel like a second class citizen because you need to rent a property. The standard of accommodation I looked at was poor and even after a member of their staff had ‘cleaned’ after a property was vacated it was filthy. In fact I wouldn’t have been surprised if it hadn’t even been done. I believe they are very quick to take your money but definitely do not want to know if you have a problem regarding one of their properties. They become very defensive about it. More often than not they take ages rectifying a probelm in the hope you will just get someone else to do it.
