Top 1 Pizza

I can’t say that I go to Top 1 Pizza very often and I certainly wouldn’t bother going out of my way to order a take out from here, but that’s not because what they do isn’t worthy, it’s just that they are too close to one of my favourite fish and chip shops in Cardiff, and so its not likely to see much of my custom! If it weren’t for the fact that they do free home deliveries within a three mile radius I may well have never eaten from here at all… but, I was round at a friends house with a couple of other mates for a video night when someone piped up about how we couldn’t start watching a movie until we had ice cream on hand. There ensued a debate about who should go to the shop… you know the kind… one that didn’t look likely to be resolved in any way quickly… and then… the room was suddenly filled with light, and a chorus of Angels began enchanting us with their hallowed harmonies, and our hostess with the mostess rose above us with her arms outstretched, and announced, rather triumphantly, and with some relief, that Top 1 Pizza do large pots of Hagen Das, and that they deliver! Job done!!!
The embarrassing thing is that none of us wanted to eat a meal, but we also couldn’t face ordering four pots of Hagen Das and nothing else. We ended up buying two pizzas as well, and of course we polished them off… they were good!
