Outstanding service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Just had a 40 year old gold bracelet repaired (which I feared unrepairable as it was snapped). Almost invisible repair cleaned and straightened for what I considered a ridiculously low price. I would not hesitate to recommend to everyone.

I went into C. J Roberts to ask about getting a sovereign ring mount to be replaced as it had developed quite a large crack. The staff were very helpful and took a look at my ring t see if they could fix it. The gentleman was very honest about the cost and how long it would take to repair and said he may have to send it away. I didn’t in the end go to C J Roberts to get the ring fixed as I just really wanted a quote. Nice shop though and maybe worth a look if you want buy a special gift for someone.
