Attending a outpatients appointment in this very busy hospital in canterbury, although the hospital were running late only by 5 minutes for my appointment the waiting room was comfortable and clean.
During my appointment both consultant and nurse were professional and polite at all times as well as efficient they made you feel comfortable.
The outpatients department at k&c hospital offers a coffee shop run by volunteers much better coffee then those from a vending machine
Don’t forget to take plenty of change for the car parking or my little tip use the park and ride they offer a hospital bus to transport you to and from the hospital and car
