Two Ticks Watch Services

I got in touch with the Receiver and was able to search for my watch. A bag with my receipt number contained just a winder. Found other parts of it in an unlabelled bag, but no sign of the working parts. I’m pleased they went bust, but I’m sad that very many other people will never see their watch, repaired or not!

In one sentence: bad service, bad communication, harmful to the health of your watch. Bad Service/​Bad communication When you take your watch in, they say they will call when it ready to collect, not so. Once I rang to check what time they closed and told them I was coming soon, and when I got there they had closed early, perhaps to avoid me. Harmful These people ruined my watch, when all they had to do was change the battery! It stopped working long before the new battery should have run out. I took it back to Two Ticks who got it going again, but it failed again soon after. I had it assessed and was told that the watch was contaminated inside because Two Ticks hadn’t changed the gasket, and that it would require a professional service to clean it and possibly repair it. So, I will never take anything there ever again
