Beautiful well kitted out cinema. Many screens. Great location with ample parking(pay and display). Perfect for rainy days in Bury!

Great location with restaurants around it. In walking distance from the street market and local bars. Looks great inside and it has a bar also.

Yes the architecture is appalling, totally eye-sore grade! But for a cinema-lover this is not the main issue. They have a good selection of recent releases and show some really fine films on special matinees. Agreed that the popcorn and drinks are over-priced, but if you get the large deal and share it(providing there are two of you) one can get the tickets the other the snacks. There are some really good eating places — Frankie & Benny’s(love their ribs too!), ASK, Subway — all in the same complex, so you can eat a meal then go see your movie. A good option for an afternoon or evening.

A nice cinema on the outskirts of Bury, about a ten minute walk from the town centre and right next to multi story car park. Very similar look to other Cineworld cinemas. Doesn’t seem to get to busy but I would recommend pre-booking your tickets if you can. They have a big sweet and popcorn counter with hugely inflated prices as per usual for all cinemas, but what can you do. There is also a small coffee shop inside but I have never used it so I won’t comment on that. The cinema itself is always clean and tidy and the staff polite.

Aside from the appalling architecture(but you dont’ see that when you’re inside) this is a perfectly acceptable bog standard multiplex cinema. Usual advice — don’t buy sweets etc here or you’ll pay more than you have for the tickets! You could be anywhere in the country when you step inside, which is kind of what you want from a multiplex cinema!
