Three Lions

You won’t find more of a niche pub than The Three Lions. Basically a shrine to Bristol City football club, housing a wealth of memorabilia pertaining to the history of the team over the years, this place will fill in all those gaps in your knowledge of said team (providing, of course, that you actually give two hoots about Bristol City.) Hailing itself as a working man’s pub, smokers will be pleased to know that The Three Lions has a designated smokers room out of love for its many smoking punters. With regard to beverages, a selection of ales, lagers and ciders can be purchased here at very competitive prices. Furthermore, the pub’s website has taken care to recommend the Taunton traditional cider since it is ‘perfect for loosening vocal cords for East End wassailing and random shouting at strangers not playing in red’.
