This is a lovely travel agent which benefits from the under cover shoppping experience of the Mall with tonnes of parking at hand. The windows are always nice and welcoming and as you enter the branch feels spacious and welcoming. There are brochures just through the door for you to help yourselves to — plenty of choice for any country you can think of (well almost). The desks are well laid out so that you aren’t on top of other customers and you don’t feel as if any other clients are involved with your plans. The staff are lovely — really patient and really try hard to match your requirements (and budget) to the holiday you were hoping for. You don’t feel pressurised, the service sells it self.
