I went there for new year’s eve a couple of years ago and it was nice. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very good and the service was prompt. I would recommend it.

This is a narrow Indian restaurant tucked away on Small Street and close to the hussle and bustle of Corn Street.
It’s not the most fancy of places and if you’re looking for a posher restaurant, there are certainly more attractive looking options, but for a good honest curry you wont go far wrong.
Starters tend to be a particularly strong point with a wide a wide slection to choose from. For the mains it’s the usual selection and it makes a nice change to find meats have actually been chopped in small portions rather than receive two or three ‘lumps’ of chicken/​lamb as you get in other places.
They also have both Cobra and Kingfisher on tap if you’re clever enough to be able to tell the difference between them.
