My husband assures me that Peter (the old guy who runs this barber’s) is friendly and funny, and not so chatty you feel uncomfortable. You’re never kept waiting in a queue, even without an appointment. Fellas, you’ll pay less than a tenner for a haircut — bargain!
Basic interiors and comfy chairs are good for if you’re not too fussy about where you get your barnet trimmed. Not Toni & Guy, but then, not overpriced catwalk styles either.
