The customer service offered by this firm is the worst you can imagine. They do not care when things go wrong and despite our legitimate grievance supported with photographic evidence they failed to engage with us on any level. Each letter we sent was met with an insulting and dismissive response. We used them as we wanted to support a local firm, do not make the same mistake as us. We feel let down and shocked by such shoddy treatment and do not recommend them at all.

I just wanted to say that despite some initial teething problems I am delighted with my new Bygone Sash Windows from Panoramic. Special thanks to Mrs Hill for her personal attention and Bill for his skill and patience during installation.
