Sadly my experience of Maze was really disappointing. The delivery service was really bad .I wasn’t told when it would be delivered and was expected to wait in all day for my order on a weekday .I was told that should I not be there, then it would be returned — not an option for most of us and not what you would expect with a «luxury“clothing brand. I also stupidly assumed I had 28 days to return and on returning from holiday I realised it was only 14 days. In spite of being only 3 days over that and immediately emailing them and explaining my mistake they point blank refused to even exchange one of the items I had purchased, in spite of the fact I was keeping the rest of the order .I asked if I could talk to the owner but two weeks later I’m no longer holding out any hope. It seems such a stupid way of treating new customers and just ensures I will never shop there again.

This Clifton boutique has beautiful clothes by a variety of different brands and is accessible to all. You can find Maze in the heart of Clifton village; it offers both mens and womens clothes, footwear and accessories from French Connection, Diesel, Joseph and many more. Maze is a great place for couples to shop independently together. For woman(girlfriends says): Maze is the ideal place to get your jeans fix. They keep all the jeans together which makes shopping for them quick and easy. The rest of the store is laid out beautifully; you are made to feel like you are being given a very special shopping experience. The staff are excellent too, they really know their stuff and could not do more to help. The only drawback with Maze is the price, but this should be expected when shopping in a boutique in Clifton. And at times it can feel a little sterile, but the friendly service does a lot to overcome this. It’s great for men’s clothes; you think it would be hugely overpriced being in Clifton Village(don’t you know), but there’s a great mix of stuff. Like £30 — £300. I get my dad’s birthday presents from here, usually something by Full Circle.
