Lovington’s Ice Cream

Get it while it’s hot! The weather not the ice cream. This shop is so secret it is very hard to find and hard to find open. Just make sure you get yourself down to the waterfront, next to the Arnolfini and slightly closer to the bridge and you’ll find a beautiful little ice cream shop; no ice lollies or annoying music here.
They just do rich, tasty ice cream made from locally sourced West Country ingredients. It really is prefect ice cream and they aren’t stingy with the potions. I just had a mint choc chip and clotted cream vanilla combo, piled high and then melting all down my hand and t-​shirt. Totally worth it though.
It’s a great little spot to wander to after lunch; you get to be by the river and in the sun, watching the boats go by. The staff serving us were lovely and jolly, would you want your ice cream sold to you any other way?! I ask you.
